For all baking projects, big and small, experience baking perfection with the granddaddy of them all...the Great Grand Cookie Sheet, measuring 14" by 20.5".  It bakes baked goods evenly, has a patented pebble surface providing easy release, is lighter and more durable than steel and will not rust.  Thoroughly wash prior to first use with a soft or nylon scrubbie.  Do not use aerosol non-stick spray which may cause a sticky buildup:  a solid shortening is recommended.  Promptly hand wash and dry thoroughly.  Not suitable for dishwasher.
