Return Policy
You may return new items in orignal condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, not including the shipping costs.  If the return is a result of our error (you've received an incorrect or defective item), eCookieCutters.com will pay the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at support@ecookiecutters.com or call Pam at 989-315-1121 / (866) 206-4828 and we'll provide you with return instructions.  Once we've received and processed the returned item, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund.

Shipping

In most cases, eCookieCutters.com will ship your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your order via USPS Priority Mail.  NOTE: "UPS ground will be used for large orders at our discretion."  For special situations, please do not hesitate to contact us at 989-315-1121.  Also, should you need faster service, overnight express mail delivery is available to most locations for an additional charge.  eCookieCutters.com is currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.  You will be notified by email if any part of your order is out of stock and advised as to approximate availability schedules.

Free Shipping on Orders $75.00 and up:
Free Shipping on Orders $75.00 and up is only available for U.S. orders in the lower 48 States.  Does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
